TERMS OF SERVICE
1.
♪ This is only for non-commercial commission. I do not work for commerce.♪ You can use the commissioned work for any personal purposes, as long as you DO NOT claim it as your own and do my full credit.♪ Your commission is automatically posted on any of my social networks as a sample, with a watermark and low-quality image. If you request privacy, you will be charged 100.000 ~ 200.000VND

♪ The basic background will be added for free if your detail is clear (theme, features, characters' personalities, chars’ background…), I need your ideas.♪ This price list is for reference only, the actual price could be higher or lower depending on the characters’ details, but it would not be changed much!X2 characters = X2 priceThe price may be reduced depending on the level of character obscuration.♪ In the process of working, we can feel free to exchange and negotiate with each other, so please write the request as clearly as possible for me to complete the artwork in a complete way.♪ I have the right to decline your commission if your request is beyond my ability, or if we are too incompatible.♪ You only have 3 times free to ask me to change things/ details while I am working, after it, there will be extra fees for each additional.♪ After I give you the color sketch, you are not allowed to cancel the commission, I will refund you 100% (the money you have paid) if the problem comes from my side.You have two options:☆Two rough sketches (only choose one) —> pay 100% —> final.☆Two rough sketches (only choose one) —> pay 50% —> color sketch —> pay the remaining 50% —> final.♪ I do not accept deadlines earlier than 2 weeks. Let me know your deadline before you commission, if I cannot do it, you can ask me to be on my waitlist, I can keep your slot till many weeks later TTwTT.Ultimately, feel free to give me feedback after you receive the final artwork. If your commission does not satisfy you as my given sample, I will always be willing to edit and redraw it as many times as possible until you are satisfied!

When you commission me, please do this form:♪ Your name (which I can call you and note on my public post)♪ Your URL (where I can contact you through)♪ Your email (I will give you the final work through mail, I don’t use Google drive)♪ What kind of commission do you want? (chibi/ headshot/ half/ full-body/…)♪ Your character (please note the official design)♪ More reference pictures if possible. Please give me at least 3!!! or if you don’t have, describe it super clearly for me thank you.♪ Your favorite theme/ weather/ temperature/ etc…♪ More details about your character(s) (back story or else)If you commission me, it means you totally agree with all the TOS!Please ask me if you have any questions, thank you <3

ĐIỀU KHOẢN DỊCH VỤ

♪ Commission chỉ phục vụ cho mục đích cá nhân phi thương mại, không được phép buôn bán hay làm lời trên sản phẩm.♪ Bạn có thể sử dụng commission cho bất kỳ mục đích cá nhân nào (in ấn, đặt ảnh đại diện, đăng lên mạng xã hội...), miễn là bạn KHÔNG ĐƯỢC phép tự nhận đó là của bạn, và ghi đầy đủ credit của mình.♪ Commission của bạn sẽ được đăng trên tất cả các mạng xã hội của mình để làm sample, với watermark và chất lượng hình ảnh đăng lên thấp. Nếu bạn muốn giữ commission riêng tư, vui lòng báo trước và mình sẽ tính thêm phí 100.000 ~ 200.000 VND.

♪ Background đơn giản sẽ được free nếu như bạn mô tả rõ ràng và nhiều chi tiết cho mình, mình cần ý tưởng của bạn.♪ Bảng giá chỉ có tính chất tham khảo, giá cuối cùng có thể tăng lên hoặc giảm tuỳ vào độ chi tiết của tranh, tuy nhiên sẽ không thay đổi quá nhiều.X2 nhân vật = X2 giáGiá có thể giảm tuỳ vào độ che khuất nhân vật.♪ Trong quá trình làm việc, chúng ta có thể thoải mái trao đổi và thương lượng với nhau, vì vậy hãy viết ra yêu cầu của bạn thật kĩ để mình dễ dàng hoàn thành tranh tốt nhất có thể.♪ Mình có quyền từ chối commission của bạn nếu như yêu cầu nằm ngoài khả năng hoặc bạn không có sự hợp tác với mình.♪ Bạn chỉ có 3 lần sửa các chi tiết miễn phí trong quá trình mình vẽ và trao đổi, sau đó mình sẽ tính thêm phụ phí cho mỗi lần sửa nên mong bạn lưu ý note tất cả những điều muốn sửa lại một lần cho đỡ mất thời gian hai bên.♪ Sau khi mình gửi color sketch, bạn không được phép huỷ commission, nếu như có vấn đề về việc làm comm mà lí do là ở phía mình, mình sẽ refund 100% (số tiền bạn đã chuyển khoản).Bạn có hai lựa chọn:☆2 sketch thô (chỉ chọn 1) —> trả 100% —> hoàn thành.☆2 sketch thô (chỉ chọn 1) —> trả 50% —> color sketch —> trả 50% còn lại —> hoàn thành.♪ Mình không nhận commission có deadline gấp dưới 2 tuần. Hãy báo trước deadline cho mình kịp sắp xếp nếu cần, hoặc không bạn có thể xin vào waitlist.

Điền những thông tin này khi bạn commission:♪ Tên của bạn (để mình tiện gọi và note vào bài đăng comm của mình)♪ Link MXH của bạn liên lạc với mình♪ Email của bạn (mình chỉ gửi tranh qua mail, mình không dùng Google drive)♪ Loại comm bạn đặt (chibi/ headshot/ half/ fullbody/…)♪ Nhân vật bạn đặt (note design chính thức cho mình nhé)Càng nhiều reference càng tốt, ít nhất là 3 ảnh, nếu bạn không có thì hãy mô tả thật rõ ràng.♪ Bối cảnh/ màu chủ đạo tranh/ thời tiết/ phụ kiện đi kèm/ back story/ tính cách nhân vật/…Bạn đã đồng ý hoàn toàn TOS khi commission mình.Nếu có câu nào cần hỏi thì cứ liên hệ với mình nhé, xin cảm ơn <3
